a few of my own…

Monday, March 10th, 2008

…with Mason feeling under the weather, I had a chance to catch some alone time with my little girl today. I still find it harder to photograph my own children than my clients, but I guess that’s what makes them good practice. We were hanging out in the “office” which will someday (hopefully soon) be her very own room. Today was the first time that she actually mentioned wanting a big-girl bed. I didn’t mention how that would mean she wouldn’t get to sleep in the same room as Mason…we’ll save that for another day when he’s feeling better…

Polka Dot was a blast and the kids had so much fun playing their instruments along side him.

…we’re baaaaack…

Two house moves and two hospital stays later, I’m happy to say that the blog is back and better than ever.

Our summer and fall has been really, ummmm, busy.

First we moved from our condo in Hoboken and into my in-laws house (yup!) while we waited to purchase our new house in Westfield.

We finally closed (albeit about a month later than scheduled) and set to work. We’re finally settling into our new house and digging in on all of our house projects.

Now, we weren’t all business this summer, we did fit in trips to the playgrounds, trips to the beach, a wedding, and…um…brain surgery.

I’m happy to say that Kendall is doing amazingly well. She’s back to her happy, yet sometimes tempertantrummy self (tempertantrummy: my new word…feel free to use it).

I did manage to work with quite a few clients through all of this, and I have some absolutely stunning images of the most beautiful babies and families coming your way.
